Terms and Conditions

  • All Capital Concierge appointments are for a minimum of one hour with the exception of de-cluttering which requires a minimum of two hours.

  • Capital Concierge services are billed by the hour, not the task. Clients are billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour.

  • Rates reflect charges for services provided by Capital Concierge and do not include charges for third party vendor services, booking fees or merchandise purchased to complete a request.

  • Services requiring the transportation of pets require a suitable pet carrier to be provided by the client.

  • Services are provided from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Services required outside of these hours can easily be arranged –please call for a quote.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Capital Concierge has the right to refuse any service which is unethical, illegal, questionable, strictly prohibited by our insurance policy or will put our staff in any danger.

  • Whilst all care is taken Capital Concierge will not be held responsible for client dissatisfaction with merchandise purchased.

  • Capital Concierge is fully insured with Public Liability.

Cancellation Policy
24-hour notice is required for cancellation of a service otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee of one hour. If expenses have already been incurred you will be responsible for them.

Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and use utmost discretion at all times. The personal information Capital Concierge collects is for the sole purpose of providing you with a high quality service that meets your needs in a timely manner. It will not be provided to any third party unless it is necessary to carry out our services for you.
