After studying all areas of the real estate industry, Sue obtained her Real Estate Licence in 2004.  As an experienced Property Manager and Sales Agent, she has the knowledge and experience to assist in all your real estate needs from sourcing a rental property to negotiating on your dream home.

• Prepare your home for sale  - refer to our De-Clutter and Home Organise section

• Buyer’s support - after consultation, Sue can research your selected suburbs and source information on recent sales in the area

• Seller’s support - we can arrange and facilitate meetings with real estate agents in your area and help you select  the agent you feel is best suited to selling your property

• View properties on your behalf and provide photos and summaries for your perusal

• Prepare a short-list of properties you may be interested in viewing for rental or purchase

• Organise appointments to view your short-list of properties

• Help you find a rental property and explain all the obligations of the Residential Tenancy Agreement

• Assist with utility and phone connections

• Assist in deceased estates, including furniture removal and preparing the house for sale

In addition to her Real Estate experience, Sue has worked as a Relocations Consultant both internationally and locally.  Sue understands the stress involved in moving house, whether locally, interstate or overseas and is happy to co-ordinate your next move.
