Our Fees
Free initial consultation
We like to arrange an initial, obligation free consultation. We prefer this to be face-to-face, but if we can’t meet you in person we will talk with you on the phone. We will listen to you, help determine your requirements and then tailor a service to suit your individual needs.
Payment
Capital Concierge prices start at $55 per hour
At no additional cost, we can arrange a Personal Concierge Account for you that we draw from as services are completed — this is particularly useful if you employ Capital Concierge on a regular basis. When your account gets low, we will notify you. If we are purchasing items for you, e.g. grocery shopping, then we suggest depositing the budgeted amount into your concierge account prior to the commencement of the service. Contact us to discuss further.
We accept direct debits, credit card on line via Pay Pal, cheque or cash. You can also purchase service packages through our website.

Relocation Service Package
Our local knowledge and expertise ensure your move is as quick and stress-free as possible.
- Pre-arrival contact to assess housing, schooling and medical needs
- Assess any short-term accommodation needs and make recommendations
- Research available rental/purchase properties and short-list those most suitable
- Provision of local map to ensure ease of home search and orientation
- Liaise with real estate agent to arrange property inspection times
- Meet and greet at the airport or hotel
