What is a personal concierge and lifestyle management service?
A personal concierge and lifestyle management service is a modern approach to assist you in managing your everyday life. A concierge consultant is available to take care of your endless to-do list, complete those time-consuming errands, organise your social events and handle all of the other tasks that you never seem to have enough time for.

Who uses this kind of service?  — I thought it was a service only for wealthy people.
Busy people who would rather spend more time doing the things they want to do rather than the things they have to do use Capital Concierge. We cater to those juggling long working hours, hectic schedules, demanding lifestyles and those who find it difficult to complete tasks on their own. We can help seniors, singles, couples, single or new parents, families, house-bound individuals, frequent travellers, or those recuperating from an injury or illness needing assistance or temporary help with the home.

What type of services do you offer?
See Our Services page for suggestions on how we can assist you. If you have a requirement that is not listed, just contact us and we will do our best to help you.

How much notice does Capital Concierge require?
We would like at least 24 hours, but preferably 48 hours notice so that we can ensure the best possible service. However, we will do everything possible to accommodate same day and urgent requests but surcharges may apply. We cannot guarantee completion of same day or urgent requests.

How do I pay for the service?
We accept direct debits, credit card on line via Pay Pal, cheque or cash. You can also purchase service packages through our website.

What if I want an on-going service?
We can arrange a Personal Concierge Account for you that we draw from as services are fulfilled — this is particularly useful if you employ Capital Concierge on a regular basis. When your account gets low, we will notify you. If we are purchasing items for you, e.g. grocery shopping, then we suggest depositing the budgeted amount into your concierge account prior to the commencement of the service. Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes. This is very popular with clients for a last minute gift idea or those looking to purchase a present for that someone who ‘has everything’.

How do I get started?
You can start using our services straight away. Simply contact us to arrange an initial free of charge, face-to-face or telephone consultation. At this time, we can discuss your requirements then tailor a service to suit your individual needs. When you require our help, just give us a call or email and we’ll start making your life less complicated. You’ll be amazed at how wonderful it feels to have the time to do the things you really want to do.
